We are excited to invite you to Variegated Roots for an introduction to the unique Japanese art of Kinusaiga! If you’ve ever admired fabric mosaic art and wondered how it’s made, this hands-on workshop is the perfect place to start—no sewing required!

About the Class:

This workshop is perfect for beginners and craft lovers alike. Amanda will guide you step-by-step through the fundamentals of Kinusaiga, showing you how to score foam board, select colorful fabrics, and tuck them securely into board slots to build a vibrant landscape. You'll be amazed at how quickly your fabric collage comes to life!

What to Expect

Guided Instruction: Step-by-step guidance on scoring, cutting, and tucking fabric to create your sunset design.

Bonus Custom Frame: You'll also customize, paint, or stain a wooden display frame to complete your masterpiece so it's ready to hang!

A Relaxing & Creative Atmosphere: Enjoy a cozy, creative evening in our workshop space.
